Service Description

Faire Bridge for Pipedrive is a data synchronization service that connects your Faire wholesale marketplace account with your Pipedrive CRM. The service automatically imports Faire orders as Pipedrive deals.

Account Requirements

You must have active accounts on both Faire (as a brand) and Pipedrive to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials.

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accurate data synchronization, we recommend periodically verifying synced data in Pipedrive. The service syncs data as-is from the Faire API.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sync schedules may vary based on API availability from Faire and Pipedrive.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
